I agree to return all equipment by the agreed return date and time.
I am responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment and will be charged the full replacement cost.
No exchanges or substitutions are permitted without prior approval.
I will return equipment clean and in good condition. Any damage or misuse will be charged to me.
We invite you to support CITCD with a voluntary donation to help maintain and replace equipment.
