New Student Registration

This form is the first step in the enrollment process for our school. Please complete it carefully and ensure all information is accurate.


Admissions Process

  • Enrollment: Submit this form with all required information.
  • Interview: Parents & students will attend an interview. Bring report card, behavior report & birth certificate.
  • Acceptance: Families will be notified of admission decision.
  • Financial Meeting: Review monthly contribution & payment plans.

After completing all steps, every new student will take a placement test on the first day of school to help determine the appropriate grade level placement.
